 In Honduras we have started a new Eco-Friendly Lead Recycling and Lead manufacturing unit which had received its certificate of incorporation in 2008. It is aiming to provide a bench-mark to its competitors in the region.We are adhering to the environmental regulations very strictly and manufacturing lead with a clear, green conscience.
Gravita Honduras is a land mark in the history of the group as it is our first venture on the American continent. We hope to be, one day, the leading recyclers in the Central American zone. The business idea is to focus on boosting or uplifting the economy of Honduras, wiping out its major problem of unemployment and simultaneously contributing to the protection of nature by processing, recycling and reusing the hazardous waste which is a grave threat both to nature and mankind. The vision is to free the areas of toxic Lead Battery wastes and other hazardous Lead scraps.
